Norden Windows and Doors Ltd. is a fast-growing vinyl windows and patio doors manufacturing company in Surrey, British Columbia.
We are looking for a full-time residential sales representative for the following mentioned Regions:
- Fraser Valley (Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Hope, Mission)
- North Shore ( North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler)
- Richmond
You will promote Norden’s products to homeowners and builders. You will meet prospective leads at Norden’s showroom, at their offices or job sites and at home shows. You will seek leads from your respective area by cold calling or canvassing the neighborhood. Norden will provide leads from new building permits listings. You will do take-offs, prepare quotations and close deals. If you are highly motivated, detail oriented and have excellent communication skills, we’d be happy to hear from you.
Qualifications:
· At least 1 year experience in sales related to window and patio door products
· Experience in window/door sales required
· Can read architectural drawings
· Know how to measure rough openings
· Able to understand building code requirements for windows/doors and ensure compliance
· Must own a vehicle with valid BC driver’s license
Training will be provided. The company will provide mobile phone and laptop.
This position is commission-based with monthly allowance.
