Job Summary

We’re looking for hardworking and reliable house cleaners. You’ll be responsible for cleaning residential homes in the Richmond Hill area. Please note, we will only be proceeding with applicants who have access to personal transportation.

We’ll take care of the customer service, scheduling appointments, marketing, and administration hassles so you don’t have to.

You’ll also get friendly support staff to help you with finding and getting directions to a home and other appointment details.

All you have to do is show up and clean and figure out what music to listen to while you’re cleaning!

What We Pay:

We know that cleaning is hard work, therefore we believe in paying our cleaning contractors for their hard work. This position starts at $24 per hour, and you get paid bi-weekly! You get to keep any tips from the clients.

What We’re Looking For:

· Residential/Housekeeping/Nanny/Care home experience of 6 months or more is a definite asset

· You must be reliable and have your own car to use

· Valid driver’s license

· Excellent verbal communication skills

· Ability to pass a background check

· Most importantly, must know how to clean!

This is an excellent position that allows our housekeepers/cleaners to choose either full-time or part-time housecleaning work.

• You must be fully vaccinated to ensure your health and safety
• Asking our clients to follow social distancing rules set by the province (including PEPs, etc.)
• Encouraging clients to cancel appointments if they’re feeling sick and waiving our late cancellation policy
• Asking clients and cleaning pros to wash hands frequently and for at least 20 seconds
• Staying home when sick
• Paying extra attention to cleaning frequently touched surfaces (door knobs, fridge handles, etc.)
• Using alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water isn’t available

As the situation evolves, our dedicated Care team will keep you updated on any necessary changes that you need to be aware of.

How you can be proactive about your safety:

The nature of the cleaning industry means that most of our clients aren’t home during our services. Fortunately, in this unique situation, this has become an added benefit for our valued cleaners.

You also have the ability to determine and control your level of comfort during each appointment. Please feel to wear whichever level of PEP that you feel most comfortable using.

As always, we recommend thorough hand washing, masks, and glove usage when able.
